Located within walking distance of many of our properties, the fresh water beaches of Lake Huron make great spots for swimming and sunning. Those up for an adventure can rent boats, kayaks, or canoes, or try extreme water sports like windsurfing or jet skiing.
Many visitors enjoy exploring the Blue Mountain area on bicycle. While some opt for leisurely rides where they can get back to nature and enjoy scenic trails, others like to get some exercise and education while participating in a historic bike tour.
The Blue Mountain / Collingwood area also has some of the finest golf in Ontario with many courses offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the Georgian Bay.

The Georgian Trail
A must as a visitor to the Collingwood and the Georgian Triangle. Known for the incredible hiking and biking trails, you can find yourself as close as Harbourview Park to 32 km west at Meaford. The finest scenery you will experience on bike or on foot. Collingwood/Pretty River Loop
Rolling hills and great views by travelling south from Collingwood on 10th line, west on 30/31 side road to Rob Roy and return via Pretty River Valley for an over 40 km loop. History Tour
Enjoy the historic Old Mail Road by leaving Meaford along Grey Road 7 to Griersville. Head south on the historic Old Mail Road to Heathcote, turn left on Grey Road 13 to Thornbury then back to Meaford for a medium paced almost 50km loop. The Trails at Blue Mountain
